“Purpose of Role

” The primary responsibility of the Area Manager is to orchestrate and be responsible for business development and growth of the company by adding new customers & achieving given targets by the company.

Main Areas of responsibility Staff management forms a huge part of the responsibilities of a Area Manager. This include interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and performance related actions. The manager sets the tone for the department, determines the amount of support provided to staff, and encourages sales.


1. Responsible for planning / strategizing / monitoring operations to drive the targeted Business nos 2. To ensure profitability of the assigned locations
3. To Assist in monitoring overall customer satisfaction
4. Ensure the team does daily follow up and closure of the leads assigned
5. Reviews and analyse sales reports and understand progress and requirements of the team
6.Ensure timely updates on progression of the team under PEP
7.Ensure support from BLM/BM on OJT to all new recruits of the team and identify training needs to existing team members 8.Ensure all FDM units are 100% registered on maximizer and monitor the usage of maximizer by the field 9.Ensure all mandatory activities related to rule & regulations of the company are always complied 10. Ensure all the Business Manager Units are IC-33 Exam certified”

Decision Scope To provide support/handholding to the FDMs to ensure that the channel will remain competitive and successful.
Deliverables Day to Day Daily updates/review with FDMs on leads allocation/conversion, updating the team on daily progress and gaps.Timely update to HO on all requirements.
