Job Description of FDM: (TEAM HANDLING PROFILE)

 1. Educate the Customer about the product
2. Handling Team of CFPC / Sr. CFPC / CFPM

3. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
4. Close the leads assigned by the call centre team
5. Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer
6. Customer servicing and collection of renewals

7. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
8. Mentoring of CFPC’s, ensure support /training and development of the FPC’s so assigned
9. Customer meeting and conversion ratios
