CTC Range: 3 Lacs to 7 Lacs

CTC is not a bar for deserving candidate with higher exposure and can be placed as Branch Manager – Sourcing with CTC above 7 Lacs

Job Description

1. 1. To recruit & handle a team of Priority Partners (Agency Partners).
   2. Develop the required team of Priority Partners (PP’s)  through coaching, training, team management & support.
   3. Acquiring HNI customer base.
   4. Maintain healthy persistency.

Required Candidate profile

• Preferring candidates from Insurance or BFSI sales only. MBA Freshers can also be considered on CTC of 3 Lacs.
• Should be comfortable in building a team Agency Partners / HNI Advisors / Agents.
