Job Description:
- RSMs are responsible to drive their team of Sales Managers to complete their targets.
- Visiting banks, maintaining strong relations with RO’s and Zonal Managers in order to generate maximum business
- Support/Clear the path for Sales managers to complete their Rural Policy targets.
- Generating Affinity leads by association with various PSUs and Cooperative Banks
- Handling a team of 6 to 7 Sales Managers
- To Ensure more market penetration in order to Generate more business.
