Axis Securities – Hiring Team Leader for Home Loan & LAP ( Team Handling profile )
Designation – Team Leader
Locations Available – Rajkot | Bhavnagar | Gandhidham | Junagarh | Jamnagar
Job role –
A) Responsible for desired team & individual productivity of ROs.
B) Manpower fulfilment of the team as per the team size prescribed from CO.
C) Handling the disciplinary & integrity issues of team
D) Conducting morning huddles on time at ASL office
E) Axis Bank Branch visits, Builders & Connector (For Mortgage TL’s), Other stake holders visits (Wherever applicable) and maintaining good relationship with customers.
F) Monitoring the non performers and time to time business review
G) Maintain the benchmark productivity, performance review of team members in presence of BH / CM & SM weekly/ monthly basis.
H) on boarding new joiners through product knowledge sharing
Salary – 16000 per month.
Qualification required – Graduate with Minimum 1.5 year experience.
