Job Title: Persistency_ Executive/ Sr Executive
Function: Customer Retention
Eligibility: Graduate with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Location: Pune ( Koregaon or FC Road – Bank of Maharashtra Branch )
Package: 3.5 to 4 Lakhs CTC + Monthly Incentives (as per the performance)
Main Priorities:
- Managing, preparing & sharing Reports / MIS with the stakeholders for BOM Persistency
- Need to do End-to-end coordination between BOM head-office, branches and Aviva on Renewal & Persistency Ops
- Implement processes and systems to support the BOM retention operations
- Combine Bank & Aviva data for meaningful inputs to Core team ( Aviva Retention/Sales & BoM)
- Understanding Insurance policy renewals and collections
- Interacting with the customers and retain the customers
- Identifying the opportunity areas & developing them to support the target achievement
- Maintain record of the interactions with the customer
