Job Location- Delhi
Requirements for BM:
- Candidate should be currently working in a Parent company.
- Must have the experience of team handling in the Direct channel in Life Insurance only.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in Delhi/NCR and stability is required.
- Age should not be more than 38 years.
Salary Package- Up to 9 Lacs
Job Description of BM: (TEAM HANDLING PROFILE)
- Educate Customers about the product.
- Handling Team of RM / SRM / KRM.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Close the leads assigned by the call center team.
- Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer.
- Customer servicing and collection of renewals.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Mentoring of FLS, ensure support /training and development of the FPC’s so assigned.
- Customer meeting and conversion ratios.
