Job purpose:
Manage Relationship and drive Sales through Partners and distributors by selling life insurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business target achievement of team by driving sale of life insurance products in your vicinity
- Drive sales team activation & lead generation through regular engagement with partners and Distributors.
- Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities, BMT & LMS input.
- Regular review & tracking of team performance.
- Building team capability through regular training interventions.
- To organize sales campaign, product launches and conduct training online/branch location.
- Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
- Ensuring timey resolution of queries and complaints and controlling the instances of
- adverse customer experience.
Skills and Knowledge
- Should be good at relationship building/management.
- Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of Insurance and related financial market.
- Should have analytical skills to understand the gap between current business and potential business opportunities.
- Should have good presentation, coaching and training skills.
- Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment
