Designation– Partner – Office Head

CTC – Up-to 11-12 Lakhs

Channel: Agency Partner Channel

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for

  • Revenue targets of the unit
  • Productivity of the General Office
  • Recruit, coach and develop BDM’s & Agency Leaders.
  • Adherence to Customer service standards

Key Responsibilities: 

Meet unit targets

 Achieve revenue targets

  1. Supervise the activity plan of BDM’s& Agency leaders to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standards
  2. Ensure that all BDM’s & Agency leaders under supervision perform as per the company’s rules and regulations

Track productivity measures as per the GPA for the unit:

  1. WFYP
  2. Case rate
  3. Agency Manager Coding
  4. Persistence
  5. Paid cases per agent
  6. YTD appointments
  7. BDM appointments
  8. Agency Manager retention
  9. Annual FYC standards

Execute plans for growth of the APC branch

  1. Identify, interview and select new BDM’s from natural market and by networking
  2. Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Sales Managers
  3. Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for Sales Managers
  4. Ensure retention of BDM’s by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis

Other Responsibilities:

  1. HO co-ordination
  2. Sales promotion activities
  3. Complete Performance Appraisals for BDM’s timely
  4. Assist in overall running of the G.O

Leadership / Critical Position:

  • Leadership position

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education: Graduate and Above

Minimum Specific Experience

  • Minimum of 4- 8 years of experience in sales and sales management, recruitment, supervision and development of people, if an MBA.  Should have local market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations. A graduate should have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in the above domain.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Familiarity with local markets, skills in recruitment, supervision & development of teams, strong networking skills.
