Job Description:
Routine Operations Deliverable
- Onboarding of new policies on client Portal
- New IT projects for the department
- Onboarding and processing of Rural polices
Tactical & Short Term
- Training on client portal and lead management portal.
- Handling issues and queries in portals
- Coordinating with other departments such as channel support, marketing, compliance and legal, branch ops, NB, U/W and claims for both portals and rural policies.
Other Skills
- Good command on Excel and PPT.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication at least in English and anyone vernacular language.
- Reasonable Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Reporting and Analytical skills.
