• Candidates preferred with prior work experience in Telesales
• Fresher with good communication
• Experience in Insurance sales (Health or Life or General Insurance) – will be given weightage
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (candidates in 3rd year can be considered)
• The candidates should have shown good performance trends, in form of –

1. Rewards and Recognition certificates or e-mails
2. Regular incentives earned
3. Candidates should not be a job hopper
4. Age should be less than 35 Years (deviation possible in case of exceptional profile)

Job Profile

• · Call prospects to build awareness of Health Insurance, products of Aditya Birla Health to:

1. Improve awareness of product offering
2. Resolution of doubts and concerns
3. Ensure Sales of Health Insurance Policies through the above
4. Updating customer details in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
5. Continuous follow-up with prospects to ensure sales closure
