Job Description for Kotak Life Insurance - Business Development Manager Bancassurance (KMBL) - Team Handling Profile
Work Experience – Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in Banking or Insurance with 2 years exposure to team handling.
Age : 26 years – 36 years
Grade : L4 – L5
Education : Graduate
The incumbent will formulate and implement sales plan for the partner for achieving business targets of sales unit. Develop & nurture the partner and provide leadership & direction to the business unit.
- Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.
- Help partners to generate and track leads, close sales.
- Help partners to up-sell and cross sell to customers basis need analysis
- Help the partner facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times
- Take regular feedback from partners, team and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products
- Develop & review the plan for the partner and the team.
CTC: Upto 6 Lacs Plus Reimbursements (Mobile & Conveyance)
