Job Description: Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager: Dealing

As part of the dealing team you are responsible to: 

  • Provide excellent advisory services to clients and manage their portfolio by providing best industry knowledge.
  • Develop new clients and retain client customer base.
  • Execute the orders on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure the volume of trade is higher & clients trade frequently
  • Drive Third Party Products to cater all financial needs of clients
  • Promoting research calls to increase volume & frequency of trade
  • Maintaining high Activation Ratio and High no. of traded clients
  • Punch orders for clients on NSE/ BSE terminals.
  • Recommending and guiding the clients on investment strategies.
  • Monitor client exposure limits.
  • Solving queries of the clients regards market and investment.
  • Drive focus on generating new business/client base
  • Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework.

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their portfolio
  • Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of client base
  • Drive focus on generating new business/client base
  • Product Knowledge
  • Keep abreast with the market knowledge and market intelligence.
  • Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework.
  • Provide information and regular updates to immediate manager

Selection Criteria

  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to speak in local language and English
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Equity broking or Financial Services or Sales of Financial products.
  • Holds latest certificates from NISM – Compulsory – Series VIII, Preferred- Series XIII – In case candidate is not NISM Certified, need to get it done before joining.
  • Understanding of local market and captive client base
  • Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office
  • Graduate from recognized university or college
